3td time it's happened surpertine
belt came off making car hard to
turn an overheating ac heat
stopped windows fogged up bad
we have replaced belt 3 times
actually the whole system were
pin holds puly said pin came out
last time not Tonite tho

I think you have multiple issues. Fog or steam coming out of the vents and you having a film on the inside of the windshield is an indication the heater core is leaking. So you will be low on coolant, and potentially have an overheat issue due to the low level of coolant. Replace the cooler and the rubber hoses. The serpentine belt falling off is due to a worn belt tensioner or pulley issue. Replace the worn pulleys and or tensioner with the belt.
