2007 buick lucerne seats won't get warm when switch is turned on

External temp too high to turn on thermostat, heating elements burned out, heated seat relays bad, blown main fuse and or shorted wiring, bad heat switches. These systems are rather involved so I would recommend getting a professional to check them for you.
