i replaced the clutch in my 2007 ford ranger sport and now i can only put it into gear when it is not running. What are the possible problems?
Clutch master cylinder, clutch slave cylinder, air in clutch system, wrong clutch and or pressure plate. One of the biggest mistakes made when replacing a clutch on later model vehicles is failing to replace the clutch slave cylinder, even if it was working properly before the clutch replacement. The next problem is getting all of the air out of the hydraulics for the clutch.
