My 2002 sl2 won't go into reverse, sometimes slips out of 2nd or third or won't shift into 4th! Is this a valve body problem??

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This has all happened over a few days! I changed fluid and filter and added a bottle of
lucas anti slip fluid. Are these problems related to the valve body? Iv'e heard of the input
shaft nut backing off and needs retightening. Or is it more serious like clutch plates or
gears? The fact that all of this happened suddenly and all at once is interesting!! Help

so this is a automatic transmission or manual? if its an automatic I would say get a diagnostic from someone a repair shop and see where you are cuz transmissions can be tricky it might be the valve body might be that thing you were talking about who knows?
