I am looking at a 2002 Saturn SL with 115,000 miles. My questions are--a. Is it a safe car and b. What should I expect to pay?

First thing you need to know is Saturn is no more, so that is a drawback, as far as a safe car, it passes frontal impact good but side is terrible. As far as price they vary depending on location, out there they start at 995 and go up from there to around 4400.
