Car is tacking real high

I've got a 98 saturn 1.9 lit 4 dr sedan 176k miles, I
use her  just to get back n forth to work not an
everyday rider, change oil every 3k & use 5w20.ive
only had it a yr, So my question is why is she
tacking so high when I start it,  at stop light, etc..
