My 95 Tahoe keeps blowing the fuse for my dashlights,taillights.headlights and blinkers still work.what is the problem?

A short in that circuit, you'll have to probe the wiring till you find the issue. Corrosion, the insulation has worn off, etc. It's a tedious process. A good multimeter is key and patience.

I put a starter in my sons Tahoe I had two wires touching had to disconnect them put back in call her wont start over but wont start what fuse would be that and where would it be located
