The noise could be from the belt...where is oil pouring from...

check all of your belt pulleys also, there may be a bad bearing somewhere. also identify the oil. is it engine oil, trans fluid, power steering fluid? I had this happen once and it was power steering fluid. the pump leaked and then ruined and then started whining.

appears the oil is leaking out from the area on the passenger side although after checking my oil on the dip stick its not indicating low oil nor my oil light is not coming on?? im goin to recheck that it is even oil....maybe it is power steering :???

I am going to say it is likely power steering fluid. You should be able to see the power steering pump. It has a cap on it, check it and see if it is low. Very possible that the fluid leaked out and ruined the pump.

Is it making any noise when you're driving like while your turning on a hard turn etc.?
