What year, make and model is your car? You are correct in that the starter should not have failed in 2 weeks time. Have you had this problem since before the starter was replaced? Did it start for a while after the starter was replaced and then the starter would not work again? Have you checked these things: Is the starter the only thing electrical having problems? Does the battery have a full charge? Have you tried adjusting the neutral safety switch?

if you go to START UR CAR , dash lights come on , fuel pump hums but nothing happens until LATER OR tomorrow and it decides (again) its not going to (intermittently start ) START ?? Well , its the Neutral Safety Switch , which is easy to do if you have a lift or floor jack, and internet for you tube.
