I have a 99 Saturn sc1 that has a manual
transmission in it and it's has a code 708 i know it's
for the neutral safety  it won't start I changed today
bearings, heads, transmission oil pressure  switch,
and the speed sensor, so where is the neutral
safety switch. And it's won't start

Hey man, I how you may have gotten this fixed. My 98 sl is giving me similar problems. Any fix?

Did you replace the safety neutral switch.

If so check out your wiring and timing chain i found out it was my timing chain. When you take off your timing cover line up your crank shaft with the line on the motor then look at your camshaft look for a little "notch" not the hole. And make sure it's lined up with your crankshaft and the line on your motor.
