my 2000 saturn made a hissing sound nd blew white smoke but as soon as i put transmission oil in it it stopped. i dont see any leakage from the transmission what could be wrong

if it blows white smoke when the motor is cold then it could possibly be your valve seals

Or worse! It could be you blew your head gasket! White smoke usually means that. Sorry if it was.
