car has been sitting for 2 years.... had a power steering  leak, had another car so I let it set. now I have charged the battery and the very first time I tried to start it, it started for about 3 seconds then died...... wont start,,,, just turns over? fuel pump? How can I check to see if the fuel pump is bad?
