Greetings, what you are experiencing is a common problem with the Rivieras. Oftentimes if you press the horn pad/air bag that will stop the horn. But if it continue, you can either TRY and replace the horn pad/air bag or look beneath the hood, right side and open the fuse box and locate and remove the appropriate 20 amp fuse. SEMPER FI
