I have a Volvo S60 2003 2.4 and it been running
perfect since I brought it like 6 months ago . Today I
was driving  to the more then I came back home
and it was working perfectly but as soon as I
started to go up the driveway my car had cut off
and every time I try to cut it on the car keeps
cutting off almost immediately

Could be fuel filter,or fuel pump.

Especially if you have a habit of driving low on gas. The gas is the coolant for the pump. If this is not the case, ignore me

I have fitted a new fuel pump to my Volvo S60 t5 2401cc 2004 but no fuel is reaching the fuel rail have you any idea what could be wrong
