I attemted to change the fuel filter on my '01 Volvo s40. There is a plastic quick-release on the feed side on the, that comes off easily, but the other end has afunky metal 90 degree fitting...is that supposed to be a sleeve type fitting?... 2 Answers

Is the metal 90 degree fitting on the fuel filter a quick release type? I'm preety sure it's rusted shut.
