car has power but want start...my girl wife went to put antifreeze in utility yesterday

Yesterday my wife pulled the radiator call
off/over flow canister..when it ss still not..so
it spewe'd every where..lost power.
Got power back and it started once..now it
will not start and sometimes when I cut it off
and back on its like no power a. All..help
please 94 vw jetta..

It's hard understanding your question, must be a translation error, but sounds like the car overheated/ lost coolant and antifreeze got all over the engine and electrical connections. Dry/Wipe the engine down, find out why it overheated and replace the parts and fluid accordingly.
