my clutch on my 1999.5 cabrio is sticking now and has got stuck to the floor a few times. i not shure what the problem is with the clutch assembly. this is a mech clutch

You probably need a new pressure plate.

like above said PP or a bad relase bearing,make sure their are no obstructions at clutch peddle,up on the top.check for a bent rod under car.
