Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Top wont go up or down by inside button. Is it a fuse, relay switch, conv.  Top motor. Or
what?

if you must do this yourself you will need a simple test light and a wiring diagram- then start at the motor, see if it's getting current- if it's not, work backwards toward the battery- if it is getting power it's a bad motor

You said you can hear the motor running, but the top doesn't go up or down.It could be the nylon gear at the pump motor has become stripped, or you are low on hydraulic fluid.Either way,if you run the motor too long. It may get hot and burn up.You should get that checked out.If ti was working fine and now it isn't you may have a leaking hydraulic hose. Hope this helped. (o\_I_/o)
