Hi Rich ... I'm not sure the part listed on this website is the Benz part number but this supposed to be the factory replacement for your car http://www2.partstrain.com/partlisting/full/mercedes_benz/e320/wheel/1998/2002.html?ptc=S1171391678W45d204bec356b&ptk=1998-2000+2001+2002+Mercedes+Benz+E320+Wheel+-+Mercedes+Benz+98-00+01+02+Wheel. There may be trim issues here or the wheels on there may be replacement wheels. Take a picture and contact your local Benz dealer and see if they can positively identify the wheel you have and get a replacement quote. Good luck!
