zz click click clic when car is turned off.

I was given a remarkable 2000 Chevy Cavalier as a gift one owner for my daugetr.  I found out while jumping the car and flushing the radiator when the car is truned of I hear ZZZ click click click eventually draining the battery.  I have been tolld turn signal relay.  Anyone heard of this?

I haven't heard of a turn signal relay doing that put have seen a cooling fan controller do that. The ZZZ was the fan starting to run then it would stop and the controller would go click click click then it would start all over again. I don't have a diagram of a cavalier so I don't know if it has a controller or just a simple relay system but it is something you might check.
