2001 Tracker w/v6. bought gas, will not crank over. car is new to me (3 weeks) always started OK though cranked slower than some vehicles I have owned. Checked fuses under hood, found 15 amp blown and changed it. blew again. Towed home and changed starter, no change. Any ideas?
