When you first turn on the key, can you hear initial prime? Battery has a full charge and connections all good? What color wire were you checking for voltage, at the pump? The gray wire is voltage and black wire is ground. If you unplug fuel pump relay, use jumper wire between cavities 3 and 5, note the diagram, the pump should run. You don't even need to use the key. Just curious, engine cranking, you have spark at the plugs and fuel injector pulse? Any applicable trouble codes?
