Make sure the battery has a full charge and connections all good. I don't know liter size of engine? I looked at info for 4.3L engine, then you have vin z or W. The vin Z should be throttle body fuel injection, you should be able to see fuel injector spray pattern, engine cranking. Fuel pressure, 9--13 psi. The vinW should be port fuel injection, fuel pressure, 55--61 psi, so if about in the middle, should be fine. Engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs and fuel injector pulse?

Fuse, relay, ignition control module or coil voltage pack or coils. Could be Lots of things so good luck.
