Blower will not come on on 93 s10.I ran a wire from battery to the blower and it works.I used a test light and no power to blower, or fan switch in dash. By the way, I changed the resistor and relay.
If no power to motor n fuses good to blower I would think the wire is burnt somewhere
Do any of the fan speeds work? There is a separate, usually 30 AMP, fuse for high speed only. It's either in the engine compartment or under the dash. HTH. -Jim
None of the fan speeds work.
Are you sure there is no power going to the blower switch
Pretty sure, unplugged it and put test to it.
I will try again when I get home. Thanks
Check for power, with the ignition on, at the relay. You should have power at one of the terminals. HTH. -Jim
Jim I have power at the relay on plug, red wire only. No power to resistor and no power to purple wire that plugs into blower motor. Thanks again. Chris
I'll pull out my wiring diagrams for my '03 S-10 and see if we can't see what's going on. I'm sure the circuit is similar. -Jim
