My 2006 Ford Taurus has a chirping sound when it rains it gets even louder. Had new belt and tenioner pulley replaced. Can you give me a solution to this problem?

My 2006 Ford Taurus has a chirping sound and when it rains and it gets wet underneath it has a much louder sound. Had belt and Tensioner Pulley replaced. What do you think is causing the problem?

Need a new serpentine belt.

This could all so be the alternator bearing,or the other idler pulley.
