why does my 93 F350 spit and sputter during acceleration?

There could be a few reasons why it does that, you can try the following in order to see if it correct the problem. 1) change the fuel filter, 2) clean the throttle body with a cleaner such as CRC, 3) Check and clean your o2 sensors. 4) Add fuel injector cleaner to the fuel tank.
