How difficult to replace leaking oil pan gasket on a ford f150 4 wheel drive with 351 engine in the truck?
Does the engine need to be jacked up to get the pan out?

It is a bit of a bear to do, and yes the engine will have to be jacked up so make sure you remove the fan first, depending on clearances you may have to to disconnect the radiator hoses from the engine also.
