Air conditioning running when car and air conditioning button is off

Hello, I just sold a car and the lady is telling me that the air conditioning is running although the car and
the button itself is turned off?? It's a 2003 chevy traverse. Please help immediately

She should be thanking you the A/C is actually working. Open the hood and look see if the compressor is actually turning/spinning with the A/C off. (Don't touch.) If it is, then consider it is Normal for the A/C to come on with the Defrost function even if the A/C is clicked off. And, nothing runs while the car is off. I don't understand that observation.
Thank you, I have told her all the problems with the car but nothing seems to sink in with her. The car runs better than my own car
