How to tighten up my rear end 4.3

I'm looking to tighten up my rear end on my 03 S10 Blazer
will a Trailblazer 4.3 as well work in it I want it to have a
little more grab

Tighten up? Do you mean more traction or a butt lift? ;) Get better tires.
