car was running great and all of a sudden it wont turn on, its a 2004 chevy cavalier, I don't hear the fuel pump turning on and I checked a fuel line for pressure and it has none, I checked the fuses and there good, do you think its the fuel pump

Sounds like it. Get a hammer and hit the bottom center of the gas tank a few times. Then try to start it. Sometimes that'll get it going again. If that works, you definitely need a fuel pump. HTH. - Jim
