my 1995 Toyota slice door get stuck hard to open ,not because the lock you can open with push hard from in side

Needs lubrication is all probably

i spray W40 then week later i use transmision lubrication it don't work either

I've been using a garage door grease and at first it makes a big difference in the ease of sliding of the door on my '95, but then it gunks up and I have to clean it off and start over. So next time I'm doing a thorough de-grease and then switching to a silicone lube spray.
