Manual transmission leak

I have replaced the rear seal 4 days ago and its already leaking again...Why?

I'm having the same thing but mines a 92 it's like the after market seal isn't the same as the factory the factory are fatter and rubber the new one I bought was metal on the outside . I'm on my third seal can any one help !!
