Anti-Lock Brake System. Any tire shop can help and it shouldn't be too expensive. I would recomment buying your own brakes unless the shop has a warranty. Warranty means they give you good quality brakes, any other place will put anything on.

I think is very helpful this happens to my today after my son's football game the battery die completely and the ABS Lights came on on the dashboard.....tham
