i have a light staying on on my insturment panel its looks like a car with the lights on 1991 toyota camry

if it looks like it is the rear lights that are on in the picture it means that you have a rear light out. If when you start the car the light does not go on until you put your brakes on then it is a brake light that is out.

i have that for my 2000 camry and figured out it was my license plate light. could be anything to that nature

Yep, sure enough, it was my license plate lamp. I had a side marker out too, so was baffled when the indicator remained on...thanks!
