Unfortunately there just isn't enough information in your question to give you any help, other than to suggest you follow basic troubleshooting guidelines in determining why your car won't crank or start. http://www.aa1car.com/library/us1296.htm

Let's first try to clarify CRANK vs START. When you try to start a vehicle the Cranking system will crank the engine over properly if the Battery and Starter Motor are Good. Then...the engine FIRES UP(Starts) if the Computer inputs and outputs are functioning properly....the engine should now run and IDLE. So...do you have a Cranking problem...like the battery is weak/ Or...do you have a problem whereby the engine cranks good...but will not fire up? What ever the case.....something went wrong during the Water Pump repair...because you indicate the vehicle ran fine before that WP repair. Seems to me ...we need to back track that repair. What do you think?
