2002 Suzuki grand vitara front brakes

New front brakes and rotor... just replaced hub,
inner tie rods, outer tie rods, on both sides...
bled the brakes and got a small amount of air
from both sides... now the brakes hum on the
right side... it has anti-lock brakes....

Some brake noise is expected until the pads seat in, but they don't normally hum, are you sure it isn't an axle bearing going out? They will hum when going bad.
