Did you have the water pump checked and how old is the pump? Please don't tell me it's the original water pump.... I understand that you replaced everything else...did you use an original Subaru thermostat ..? They are more free flowing and less restrictive than after market units allowing better cooling and circulation....I hope you didn't use some cheap after market version..... If the pump is original..it might be less efficient... finally check out the radiator and hoses... I don't know how many miles are on your car.....if it's a water jacket problem inside the engine...sell the car...it will never be right..... Good luck.

I would suspect an air lock. Look on the web or Youtube for "how to purge air from a cooling system".
