1996 Subaru legacy 2.5 GT new battery and alternator won't hold charge

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Cannot use headlights, radio, heater, draws power faster, have to let car idle 20-
30 min just to keep a charge,plan to checking fuses.

If you are sure the alternator works then there is a problem with the wiring from the alternator.

Check for bad battery connections. Clean and tighten all the electrical connections.
