Chevy cobalt squealing 06

After changing my water pump and serpentine belt
it squealing by the water pump and gets louder
when Reving engine  how to fix this??? N can I
drive it

One of the pulleys is not spinning. Look to see which one and go from there. Another possibility is the belt is not installed correctly. So, check the serpentine belt routing diagram to be sure. Jim
