Sounds like moisture might be finding its way into the electrical system. Make sure all electrical connections throughout the wiring harness are tight, clean and dry. Modern electrical systems are extremely sensitive and it takes very little to interfere with the signals sensors are sending to the computer. Also load test your battery to make sure its working at its peak.
