Hi there I'm Sam I was wondering if a 3800 v6 with
a supercharger would fit in my enigune bay of my
3.1  and was also wondering if I would have to
swap my transmission and other major items as
well thanks

Yes, the 3.8l will work, and it should bolt up to your stock tranny. Provided that the tranny is in good condition your should have a fairly stout car. You will need the ECU and the wiring harness from the motor that you're swapping.
