How Can I Unlock The Steering Wheel

I Have a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix Se... They Broke in and Took My Battery now I Cant
Get The Steering Wheel To Unlock and The Key Wont Turn...I Do Have A New Battery
Now and Its In The Car.. I Know I Have Anti-Theft And They Did Not Try To Peel The Car
Up ... How Can I Get My Key To Turn Again ????

Directly under the ignition lock cylinder there's a small round plastic plug. Using a small screwdriver remove it. Put the screwdriver in the hole you just uncovered and push up. This will release the lock cylinder so you can turn it and remove the key. HTH. -Jim
