Why does my front end have a little bounce

As I'm driving down the road by
the time I hit 30 miles an hour and
up I have a little bit of a bounce in
the front end I change CV axles
both sides outer tie rods both
sides brand new tires all the way
around what's the cause of this
bounce it's not bad but there is a
bounce
