My service engine light was on had diagontic dine
they said fuel sensor was bad.i was driving home
and the car just. Lost power it was low on. Gas all
lights work it turns over just wo t start.do u think
the fuel sensor is the problem

If they're talking about the fuel tank sending unit it's possible the fuel pump is mounted on the tank unit

Did the diagnostic include checking the fuel pressure? Sounds like a failed fuel pump, but don't start changing stuff until you know for sure.
