I have a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GT and it seems like my car's RPM's are too high for the speed. Also when I'm pressing hard to accelerate on the highway at abt 55 mph it has trouble gaining speed.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It shifts pretty good as long as I'm not
pressing to hard on the pedal so I'm hoping
it's not a transmission problem
