99 grand prix runs great but has water in the oil and valve chattering

It acts like I gets weak when it warms up but still runs smoothly

You can ruin an engine running it too long with water in the oil if you haven't already. Not good, possible blown head gaskets or cracked heads, my advise is to have it towed to a shop you trust and get it checked.
