Are the front bumpers on a 1999 grand prix interchangeable?

I want to change my front bumper to the other style and i am wondering if the bolts/clips would line up in both bumpers! i want it to be the other style than what is in the picture!

Im 95% sure that you can switch between the SE/GT/GTP bumpers on these cars as long as its a 97-03 bodystyle.
