Will a 3800 out of a 1998 Grand Prix fit in a 2003 Buick lesabre?

Want to pull 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix motor (body shot) and install in 2003
Buick lesabre(engine shot). Both are 3800 non-supercharged.

The basic blocks are the same but you might find differences in the intake and exhaust systems you might have to transfer to the older engine. HTH
