cooling fans quit working , dash lights work but none of the gauges worked at all ck the fan motors they work but have no power to them.some times they would come on but not any more pooh . what to do...

Neither fans will kick on at all. The car runs over 200 constantly and gets hotter in town. All the fuses and relays are good and I had the temp sensor replaced. I've had two different mechanism ...
