radiator hose broke and now the fans dont work why

They may have gotten antifreeze on them and shorted out. Perhaps the fuse is blown, or the relay. This will take some diagnosis on your part. Check the electrical connections and fuse/relay, as well as the coolant temp sensor -- if the vehicle overheated the coolant temp sensor may have cooked.
